5. Are you committed to fulfilling the obligations required of a First Choice Women's Medical Center Junior Executive Board Member, as described below? Junior Executive Board Members Obligations Pay yearly membership fees. Students/Other: $25, Adult $50. Are between the ages 20 – 35. Attend a minimum of 60% of the 8 monthly meetings. Serve as a volunteer or chair one or more events the Junior Executive Board organizes. Attend the annual First Choice Women’s Medical Center banquet, Walk for Life and any other events
6. Would your company be interested in sponsorship opportunities with upcoming Junior Executive Board events?
